About the position

This role focuses on optimizing cross-country frameworks and efficiency metrics to drive platform growth and profitability across Southeast Asia markets. You will translate ambiguous business questions into actionable quantitative models and strategic frameworks. The position requires synthesizing complex data into clear presentations for executive leadership and managing key regional deliverables regarding performance and health tracking.

You will monitor industry trends and market benchmarks to identify strategic growth opportunities within the e-commerce and tech sectors. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for tracking core deliverables such as PRM bucket consolidation and cross-country efficiency metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor cross-country frameworks and efficiency metrics to optimize platform growth and profitability.
  • Frame ambiguous business questions into actionable quantitative models and strategic frameworks.
  • Monitor industry trends and external market benchmarks to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, structured presentation decks for executive leadership.
  • Manage key Regional Insight deliverables including PRM bucket consolidation and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying, manipulation, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong ability to apply structured frameworks to break down complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and data warehousing principles.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or tech sector.
  • Comfortable navigating evolving team scopes and managing multiple priorities.
