Credit Management Officer (Data Analytics)

This role focuses on analyzing customer financial information to assess credit risk and support credit decisions. You will manage credit documentation and monitor receivables to ensure working capital efficiency. The position leverages data visualization, AI, and digital tools to enhance credit analysis and streamline work processes.

You will collaborate with sales teams to manage credit approvals and limit adjustments while resolving collection issues. The role involves preparing credit reports and participating in stakeholder reviews. You will also analyze and visualize financial data through dashboards to support business decision-making.

• Analyze customer financial statements and payment capability to determine appropriate credit terms and limits
• Coordinate with sales teams to manage credit approvals, limit adjustments, and documentation
• Monitor customer credit exposure and overdue payments while resolving collection issues
• Support working capital management and prepare credit reports for stakeholder reviews
• Analyze and visualize credit and financial data through dashboards and reporting tools
• Leverage AI, digital, and low-code/no-code tools to support data analysis and process automation

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with GPAX > 2.70
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in Credit Management, Finance, or related fields is an advantage
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550)
• Experience or hands-on skills in data visualization and data management tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or SQL
• Ability to utilize AI tools for data preparation, processing, and analysis
• Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or n8n
