Organization Development & Talent Management Executive

You will lead the end-to-end design and execution of key Organization Development and Talent Management initiatives. Your role involves conducting internal and external research to analyze employee data and translating these insights into actionable strategies. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to prepare clear communication materials and presentations, ensuring alignment and driving organizational effectiveness.

This position offers deep exposure to the strategic side of OD and Talent Management, including decision-making and stakeholder influence. You will have the opportunity to lead workstreams and contribute ideas rather than simply following instructions. Your work will directly impact talent pipelines and the overall success of the organization.

• Own and deliver high-impact Organization Development and Talent Management projects from design to execution
• Conduct internal and external research and analyze employee data to derive actionable insights
• Develop clear communication materials, presentations, and updates for stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement talent initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity or interest in AI tools, data analytics, or automation in HR processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
