Fleet Control Tower Specialist

This role focuses on managing and optimizing the operations of Shopee's own fleet within the SPX Express logistics network. You will be responsible for overseeing driver attendance, ensuring strict compliance with route planning protocols, and tracking overall fleet performance metrics. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to support seamless logistics operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in training drivers on new policies and managing special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

You will act as a central point of contact for drivers, coordinating with shuttle services, linehaul teams, hubs, and sellers to resolve operational issues. By monitoring key performance indicators and conducting root cause analysis, you will help maintain high service standards and ensure timely deliveries. This is a contract position within the Operations team, offering the opportunity to contribute to Shopee's logistics infrastructure in Bangkok.

• Monitor and control driver attendance records for the own fleet
• Ensure compliance with route planning protocols, including truck turns, working hours, and on-time arrival
• Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support drivers and resolve operational issues
• Conduct training sessions for drivers on new policies and operational processes
• Lead and manage special projects related to fleet operations

• Possess basic knowledge of transport operations and planning
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
