About the position

This role involves conducting initial investigations into various types of misconduct, including driver-related issues, operational fraud, and internal policy violations. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing evidence from multiple sources such as CCTV footage, system data, and operational records to build a comprehensive understanding of each case. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, BI, and Legal to ensure all necessary information is collected efficiently. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed case summaries and investigation reports while maintaining accurate documentation of all activities. Additionally, you will support broader fraud prevention initiatives by tracking cases and assisting in the maintenance of investigation dashboards and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial investigations into driver misconduct, operational fraud, and internal violations
  • Collect and review evidence from CCTV footage, system data, operational records, and interviews
  • Prepare case summaries, supporting documents, and basic investigation reports
  • Coordinate with Operations, HR, BI, and Legal teams to obtain required information and evidence
  • Escalate suspicious findings, procedural breaches, and high-risk concerns to senior team members
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure investigation records are complete and updated
  • Support fraud prevention initiatives and case tracking activities
  • Assist in maintaining investigation dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to review CCTV footage, transaction data, and operational logs
  • Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams
  • Basic proficiency in G-Suite and documentation/report writing
  • Experience in fraud investigation is an advantage

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
