About the position

This role serves as a key business partner within the Commercial Finance team, collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue Management, FP&A, Finance-Control, MEM, and IT teams to drive exceptional business performance for assigned customers and channels. The position focuses on supporting the customer dimension of financial planning and outlook projections, analyzing data to improve channel and customer performance. The Manager will own the development of effective financial models, ensuring stakeholders receive the necessary information and tools to make informed decisions. This involves partnering with cross-functional teams to provide holistic justifications and recommendations for customer proposals, considering both commercial and operational perspectives. The role requires driving projects and process improvements, supporting the implementation of business applications and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance of assigned channels and customers through financial support
  • Develop customer P&L outlook projections, Annual Operating Plans, and 3-year Mid-Term Plans
  • Analyze customer proposals holistically, providing justifications and recommendations that consider commercial and operational perspectives
  • Support financial modeling for expanding existing products into new venues
  • Prepare and support robust financial forecasts for Revenue, Rebate and Commission (R&C), and Net Sales
  • Collaborate with business partners to align assumptions and provide financial justification and optimization analysis
  • Support the Revenue Management team in tracking initiatives and developing promotion evaluation analysis
  • Drive projects and process improvements under assigned channels
  • Implement business applications, automation, and simplification processes to boost efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a finance-related field
  • Experience in commercial finance, financial planning, FP&A, or business partnering roles, preferably with FMCG exposure
  • Solid technical and functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach
  • Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP and Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
