About the position
You will collaborate with senior business partners to lead impactful financial projects and drive strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that align with Agoda's corporate priorities and own key components of the company's forecasting processes. Additionally, you will contribute to critical analysis and reporting packs that support the finance team's decision-making capabilities.
You will work within a diverse international team of finance professionals, providing essential data and insights to stakeholders. The role requires a high level of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering precise financial models and variance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business partners on impactful financial projects
- Develop business cases supporting Agoda's strategic priorities
- Own and manage specific components of the company's forecasting models
- Contribute to key analysis and reporting packs for the finance team
- Provide necessary financial information to support effective decision-making
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or FP&A
- Proven experience in variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly to business stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university in business or quantitative subjects
Nice to have
- Finance or Corporate Finance qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Experience working in a digital company
- Demonstrable experience in AI automation
- Proficiency with SQL and Tableau, or a strong willingness to learn these tools
