Technical Account Manager

This role is responsible for owning and scaling Agoda's Supply Tech Ecosystem, ensuring partners can reliably integrate and operate on the platform. You will focus on core supply capabilities like ARI and content while enabling new use cases through the same integration layer. The position sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Supply, and Partners, requiring a hands-on individual who combines technical depth with execution. You will use Python and SQL to automate workflows, analyze data, and build proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas before scaling.

You will own the technical and operational health of assigned partner integrations, developing a deep understanding of their systems and data models to drive scalable solutions. You will design and implement automation, internal tooling, and lightweight applications to reduce manual work and improve visibility. The role involves collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide clear problem definitions and technical context for partner-related initiatives. You will support Supply and Commercial use cases enabled through partners, including B2B rates and distribution-specific configurations.

• Own the technical and operational health of assigned partner integrations by developing a deep understanding of their systems, capabilities, limitations, and data models
• Use Python scripting, SQL, and data analysis to monitor integration quality, identify recurring issues, quantify business impact, and continuously improve outcomes
• Design and implement automation, internal tooling, and lightweight proof-of-concept applications to reduce manual work and validate ideas
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams by providing clear problem definitions, technical context, and validated assumptions
• Support Supply and Commercial use cases enabled through partners, including B2B rates and distribution-specific configurations
• Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives from problem identification through execution, communicating progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations

• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and system-to-system integrations
• Experience working with platform partners, integrations, or Channel Manager-like ecosystems
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and make informed trade-offs
