About the position
This role focuses on managing loan-related activities and ensuring the completeness of Bank Guarantees (BG). You will be responsible for coordinating with customers and securities centers to facilitate trade-related collateral processes. Additionally, the position involves preparing vendor payment documents and managing system payment platform invoices. Administrative support tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing office supplies, are also part of the daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage loan-related activities and coordinate with customers and securities centers regarding trade collateral processes
- Monitor and verify the completeness of Bank Guarantees (BG) and process customer fee returns
- Prepare vendor payment documents and manage system payment platform invoicing
- Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling and office supply management
Requirements
- Associate Degree (Vocational Certificate) in Accounting or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, loan management, or related documentation
- High attention to detail and strong coordination skills with various departments
Nice to have
- Proficiency in financial software and document management systems
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
