Technology and Application Development Professional 2 - Central Group

This role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of technology solutions within the Central Group ecosystem. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into robust technical specifications. You will also participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design appropriate software solutions
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and user stories
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system stability and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in software development and application programming
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of database management and SQL
• Experience with web technologies and front-end frameworks is a plus
