Associate, True Sphere - True Corporation

This role focuses on enhancing store operations to meet defined targets, including service quality and customer satisfaction. You will provide friendly and efficient service for various functions such as payments, usage inquiries, and account setup or promotion changes. The position involves basic food and beverage service within True Sphere, a first-class service environment, while managing sales alongside team members to achieve unit-defined sales goals.

You will serve food and beverages to customers using True Sphere efficiently and provide information about True Sphere, services, special privileges, and special activities from True Block Card. You will work collaboratively to promote team service and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. You will manage daily True Sphere operations smoothly, including finance, inventory, environment, and systems according to company-defined duties, while preventing fraud to protect company interests.

You will recommend products, provide advice, and promote sales of True products and basic solutions. You will perform effective oversight of finance, inventory, and systems. You will handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide after-sales service information to ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with relevant departments to maximize customer satisfaction and resolve problems within an appropriate timeframe.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to maximize customer satisfaction and resolve problems within an appropriate timeframe

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• Personality and passion for service
• Ability to work in shifts (5 days/week)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience working with data systems and operating systems
• Experience and ability to provide customer service
• Good personality, polite, and negotiation skills
• Appropriate demeanor and positive attitude towards work and service
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service

• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic understanding of retail operations
