Senior Oracle Procurement Consultant - Deloitte

You will lead business consultation discussions and translate customer requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration. You will support UAT testing by investigating issues raised and coordinating with users and developers. You will spot strategies, risks, and options to recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs. You will lead, coach, and advise a small project team while managing their performance. You will set up, document, and test the Oracle system while understanding and applying Oracle methodologies. You will gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You will keep growing your skills to help the team with business development and sales efforts. You will stay informed on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide the best solutions for your clients' needs.

• Communicate effectively to review customer requirements and lead business consultation discussions
• Translate requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration
• Support UAT testing by investigating issues and coordinating with users and developers
• Identify strategies, risks, and options to recommend approaches that sidestep problems
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team while managing their performance
• Provide clients with design options using prototypes
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system while applying Oracle methodologies
• Build trust with clients, teammates, and managers to ensure project delivery
• Contribute to business development and sales efforts by growing your skills
• Stay informed on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide optimal solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM or EBS
• Completed at least 3 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Oracle SCM: Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost, Warehouse, or Order Management
• Oracle certification is preferred
• Ability to analyze 'As Is' and 'To Be' business processes and complete complex business designs
• Deep hands-on functional experience in Oracle ERP implementation and configuration
• Demonstration of coaching capabilities in team development
• Strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
