Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance service line is hiring a Manager for Finance Transformation Advisory in Bangkok. The role acts as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives, advising on and delivering finance transformation solutions for Asian conglomerates, multinationals, and public sector clients. Responsibilities include assessing operating models and structures, conducting analysis, supporting proposals, managing engagement financials, and leading teams.
Candidates need a tertiary qualification in business, technology, or finance, with a Chartered Accountant certification viewed positively. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business advisory, consulting, or finance change management is required, along with strong knowledge of finance systems, processes, consolidation, or planning. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is willingness to travel locally and abroad.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Assess restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline finance function service delivery
Assist in proposal development and financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections
Tertiary qualification in a business, technology or finance discipline
Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in business advisory, consulting or finance change management
Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes and/or financial consolidation or planning
Ability to travel both locally and abroad
Certified Chartered Accountant; experience delivering bespoke solutions using agile development methods
