This on-site technician role in Bangkok supports the day-to-day upkeep of plant and facilities equipment at Park Ventures. Duties include inspecting equipment rooms and facilities, documenting problems using predefined checklists, guiding duty technicians through weekend work plans, and providing technical recommendations.
The technician also handles client equipment repairs, coordinates with vendors when maintenance support is needed, and expedites equipment moves, additions, and changes. Applicants should be certified and experienced in electrical or mechanical repair, have facilities and maintenance experience, communicate clearly, and follow local governmental rules and regulations.
Maintain plant and facilities equipment for smooth daily operations
Inspect equipment rooms and facilities and record problems using predefined checklists
Brief duty technicians on weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations
Repair client equipment and coordinate with vendors for maintenance work
Expedite equipment moves, additions, and changes while complying with local regulations
Certified to perform electrical or mechanical repairs
Experience working in a facilities and maintenance role
Ability to clearly report issues and explain repairs for defects and malfunctions
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Customer-oriented, good-natured approach
Vendor coordination and facilities maintenance experience
