Kyndryl is hiring a System Administrator in Bangkok to manage and optimize enterprise platforms for clients. The role involves administering Red Hat OpenShift clusters, supporting VMware ESXi and HCI environments, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and implementing automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Bash. The position also covers CI/CD pipeline support, observability tooling, and collaboration with development teams on deployments.
Required experience includes Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 administration, VMware ESXi expertise, Kubernetes administration, and managing public/private cloud migrations. Preferred skills include Red Hat OpenShift administration, Infrastructure as Code, vulnerability management, Active Directory/ADFS support, and CI/CD familiarity across AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
Manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability
Perform OpenShift platform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching activities
Diagnose and resolve issues across OpenShift infrastructure, applications, and integrations
Support and maintain OpenShift deployments integrated with VMware ESXi and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure environments
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or similar technologies
Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 administration, implementation, and operational support
Proven expertise in VMware ESXi administration and virtualization platform management
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and containerized application platforms
Experience managing public and private cloud environments, including migrating workloads from on-premises to cloud
Solid knowledge of container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
Red Hat OpenShift administration experience, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Ansible, vulnerability management and security hardening, Active Directory/ADFS support, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift workloads in AWS/Azure/hybrid cloud, DevSecOps practices
