The Senior Relationship Manager is a senior-level position responsible for managing Chinese and Taiwanese corporate clients within Citi's Institutional Banking / Corporate Banking group in Bangkok. The role focuses on expanding a portfolio of accounts with complex financial needs, identifying client needs and recommending solutions such as financing, cash management, foreign currency, trade finance, and capital market products, while overseeing all credit aspects of the relationship.
The position requires 6-10 years of experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, comprehensive knowledge of credit analytics and financial modelling, and proven expertise in risk assessment and valuation. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred.
Expand a portfolio of accounts with varying/complex financial needs with the objective of revenue growth and good credit quality
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions such as financing, cash management, foreign currency solutions
Cross-sell banking products including cash management, trade finance, structured trade, FX, fixed income, loans and capital market products
Responsible for all credit aspects of the relationship including annual reviews, early problem recognition and remedial management
Assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
6-10 years of experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin communication
Comprehensive knowledge of credit analytics and financial modelling
Proven expertise in Risk assessment and valuation
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
