The position requires designing, building, and operating compute and fleet tooling in Go and Python, managing systems that interface with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and hardware management APIs. The engineer will lead medium to large projects, participate in System Design Reviews, and troubleshoot issues at scale across global data centers. Additionally, the role includes interviewing and mentoring engineers to raise the hiring bar for compute and fleet roles.
