You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs. Your role involves designing process flows, creating prototypes, and managing the full project lifecycle from testing and training to post-implementation support. You will leverage deep financial knowledge to optimize reporting structures and ensure seamless integration with client operations. As a leader, you will mentor high-performing teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver sustainable value. You will drive the adoption of best practices, define clear roadmaps, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
