Senior Oracle EPM Consultant - Deloitte

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs and process flows. Your work involves building prototypes, conducting comprehensive testing, and delivering training to ensure successful adoption. You will also define support procedures and SLAs to maintain system stability post-launch. As a leader, you will mentor junior consultants, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and disruptive industry trends.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, including process mapping and scenario design
• Lead testing activities and prepare comprehensive training materials for end-users
• Define support procedures, SLAs, and administration guides for post-implementation support
• Provide expert recommendations based on Oracle EPM best practices and application functionality
• Build and execute EPM Automate scripts to automate administrative tasks
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables such as design documents and test plans
• Train internal staff on advanced EPM concepts and methodologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation projects covering Oracle EPM modules (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, HFM, or FDMEE)
• Experience implementing other Oracle EPM technologies such as ARCS, DRM, and EDMCS
• Direct experience managing full lifecycle projects or large-scale implementations with clients
• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reporting
• Deep understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
• Proficiency in EPM Automate for scripting and automation
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills and mature judgment in technical troubleshooting

• CPA qualification or Master’s degree
• Experience with MS Visio for process mapping and documentation
• Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a brand ambassador for the firm
