T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - ETP As a Service/Operate - SAP MM - TH - Deloitte

This role involves providing Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support for SAP MM/EWM, troubleshooting medium to complex production incidents, and performing problem management to reduce recurring issues. The position also requires leading solution design for enhancements, maintaining documentation, and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Additionally, the consultant will support project teams in delivering solutions and contribute to business development efforts. The role demands a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-8 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC as a support or implementation team member.

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 AMS support for escalated issues by performing in-depth production incident troubleshooting

Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring issues/incidents

Lead discussions on high level solution design for medium to complex level enhancements

Maintain documentation according to firm standards and best practices

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Support project teams in delivering solution applications and developing work products

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

At least 4-8 years’ experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team member, implementation team member of SAP MM/ EWM

Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules

Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms

Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approach

Ability to lead and/or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes

Willingness to work based on clients’ business workdays and office hours and on rotation basis

Basic technical debugging experience
