[IT One] SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Internship)

This internship is an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant role at IT One focused on HR technology delivery. The intern will contribute to requirements gathering, business-process analysis, solution design, implementation, and adoption activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, while collaborating with stakeholders and project teams.

• Identify project scope and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Create functional and technical specifications for solution design and delivery.
• Develop proofs of concept, effort estimates, and conceptual solution designs.
• Coordinate implementation, change, adoption, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

• Studying a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
