The Warehouse Data Admin Officer at the One Bangkok branch checks and records goods receipt and transfer data in SAP, ensuring that information is accurate and complete. The role also controls and verifies product data, quantities, and documents related to goods receipt and transfers.

The officer prepares, checks, and packs goods for delivery to stores according to specified lists. Candidates need a vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP experience, particularly in goods receipt and transfers, is required, and the schedule is five working days with one day off.

• Check and record goods receipt and transfer data in SAP accurately and completely.
• Verify the accuracy of product data, quantities, and related goods receipt and transfer documents.
• Prepare, check, and pack goods for delivery to stores according to specified lists.

• Vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to use SAP, especially for goods receipt and transfers.
• Able to follow a five-day work schedule with one day off.
• Experience in Warehouse Admin, Inventory Control, Stock Control, or Data Administration is considered an advantage.
