AI Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

The role sits within Regional FBS and works with warehouse, finance, and seller teams to identify valuable operational problems and deliver AI solutions used in day-to-day work. Responsibilities include discovering and prioritizing use cases, building AI agents, automation, computer vision systems, and simple web applications, while supporting pilots, deployment, adoption, measurement, and rollout.

The successful candidate will bring at least four years of experience shipping software, data, or machine-learning products. Requirements include strong Python and SQL, hands-on LLM and computer vision experience, deployment skills with Docker, cloud services, and CI/CD, and the ability to build web apps or dashboards. Regular warehouse visits and clear communication in Thai and English are required.

* Spend time in warehouses and with operations, finance, and account teams to understand workflows and identify high-impact problems.

* Turn vague requests into measurable problems and assess feasibility, effort, and impact.

* Build AI agents and business-process automation with appropriate human review.

* Develop computer vision solutions on camera and image data from proof of concept through production.

* Run projects from discovery through pilot and go-live, measure results, and support wider rollout.

* Strong Python and SQL skills.

* Hands-on experience with LLM products, including prompt design, structured outputs, agents, and tool use.

* Hands-on computer vision experience with at least one deployed or trained model for object detection, tracking, or OCR.

* Deployment experience with Docker, a major cloud provider, and CI/CD.

* Ability to build working web apps or dashboards and communicate clearly in Thai and English.
