The Solution Engineer leads AI transformation technical engagements for enterprise customers in the AI Business Solutions–Copilot team. Duties include delivering demonstrations and pilots, designing scalable and secure architectures, identifying technical blockers, supporting pipeline and co-sell efforts, and coordinating adoption handoffs with customer success teams or partners.
The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least three years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. Preferred experience includes three or more years in solution or services sales, consultative selling, executive relationship management, strategic decision-making, and pipeline optimization. L200 consultative and L400 technical-depth certifications are also expected.
Lead demos and pilots that drive technical decisions and customer commitment to Copilot and Agents
Support SSP hunting by qualifying leads and identifying partner co-sell opportunities
Generate pipeline and competitive wins through AI-powered demos and Art of the Possible sessions
Design scalable, secure, and modular customer architectures aligned with enterprise strategy
Maintain deal hygiene in MSX, attach partners to qualified deals, and escalate technical blockers
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
3+ years of solution or services sales experience
Proven ability to build and maintain strong business and executive relationships
Skilled in consultative selling and persuasive negotiation
Ability to optimize sales pipelines through informed change processes; focus on advancing opportunities for current and future customers; achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical-depth certifications; share at least one deal win or loss insight per quarter and engage in regular coaching
The position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
