Account Solution Engineer, Thailand - SMB Market

Salesforce is hiring an Account Solution Engineer for the SMB market in Thailand, based in Bangkok. The role partners with sales to run discovery sessions, build customized product demonstrations, and align multi-product Salesforce solutions to customer business outcomes across various industries. The position requires fluency in Thai and English, at least 2 years of professional experience, and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent. Salesforce certifications, prior solution/sales engineering experience at a CRM or similar technology company, and basic HTML/web programming are listed as nice-to-haves.

Manage ESMB organisations across a range of industries through discovery sessions and workshops in Thai and English

Partner with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product Salesforce technology solutions

Build and present customized Salesforce product demonstrations to multiple customer personas

Orchestrate and lead cross-functional solution guides aligned to the opportunity strategy

Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications; ability to travel based on territory

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience

Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology

Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; fluency in Thai and English is required
