This position bridges the gap between high-level strategy and daily operations by converting the Master Production Schedule into feasible weekly and daily production plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure raw and packaging materials are ready, manage planning orders in SAP, and optimize inventory levels to protect service levels and reduce business waste. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and resource management. You will be responsible for reviewing execution performance, adjusting work plans to reflect demand changes, and coordinating recovery actions. By leading stakeholder alignment and maintaining accurate master data, you will directly contribute to the factory's productivity and operational efficiency.
