Transport Supervisor - Ayutthaya (Contract)

This entry-level Operations position is based in Ayutthaya and works primarily at night. The supervisor leads a Transport Control Tower team of five to eight members, allocates routes across three sorting centers to improve fulfillment and truck turnaround, and communicates with the CTO, hubs, and SOCS leads to resolve operational issues.

The role also includes communicating new policies, training team members, and providing backup coverage during team members' leave. Applicants need problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, communication, negotiation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. They must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, use Microsoft Office moderately, and work night shifts six days a week. Basic transport operation and planning knowledge is a plus.
