Fleet Operations Lead (Ayutthaya)

The Fleet Operations Lead oversees fleet and ground outbound operations across three SOCs, supervising Team Leads, the Control Tower, and Ground Outbound teams. The role manages truck allocation, driver rosters, shift coverage, dispatch readiness, route assignments, trip execution, vehicle key control, and handovers.

The lead coordinates with planning, hub and SOC operations, fleet maintenance, and other support teams to resolve disruptions and maintain service continuity. The position also establishes operating procedures and escalation protocols, reviews operational KPIs, drives corrective actions, coaches team members, manages performance, and communicates new policies. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transport management, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Lead and supervise Team Leads, Control Tower, and Ground Outbound teams across three SOCs

Oversee truck allocation, driver rosters, shift coverage, and workforce planning

Manage dispatch readiness, route assignments, vehicle key control, and shift handovers

Escalate and resolve driver absences, delays, breakdowns, unfulfilled trips, and operational disruptions

Review operational KPIs, drive corrective actions, coach team members, and communicate new policies

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting

Experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or maintenance is a strong plus

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for schedule optimization and exception management
