T&T Manager - Supply Chain & Network Operations - Japanese Client Services - SEA

This Deloitte consulting role within Enterprise Technology & Performance supports Japanese companies operating in Southeast Asia across end-to-end planning, procurement transformation, smart manufacturing, and digital supply chain transformation. The manager leads projects from strategy through implementation, covering demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, network design, digital planning systems, AI-based demand forecasting, route-to-market, organizational restructuring, and market-entry assessments.

The position requires supply chain management consulting experience, a record of contributing to project wins through proposals, project leadership, and experience delivering global work with mixed local teams. Candidates also need Southeast Asia consulting experience and native-level Japanese with business-level English, or native-level English with business-level Japanese. Some SCM work requires on-site presence at factories and warehouses.

• Lead SCM consulting projects from strategy formulation through implementation.
• Manage mixed teams of local staff and JCS members.
• Support project delivery, business development, and proposal activities for Japanese clients.
• Advise across demand planning, sales, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Develop digital supply chain strategies, planning systems, network designs, and operational transformations.

• Consulting experience in supply chain management.
• Proven contribution to securing projects through proposal activities.
• Experience leading projects.
• Experience executing global projects with mixed teams of local staff.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English, or native-level English and business-level Japanese, plus Southeast Asia consulting experience.
