Corporate Operations Lead

Lalamove, a global on-demand delivery platform, is hiring a Corporate Operations Lead in Bangkok to oversee driver acquisition, onboarding, community engagement, and retention across Thailand. The role provides leadership and strategic oversight for the Offline Presence function, guiding an Assistant Manager in executing driver engagement initiatives, vehicle sticker adoption, and offline outreach programs, while monitoring KPIs and supporting the Driver Operations Manager in process improvements.

The position requires a degree holder with at least 5 years of operational or leadership experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment, plus team management experience with at least 3 direct reports. Candidates need strong leadership, prioritization, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills, along with a good command of written and spoken English.

Driver acquisition and onboarding: maintain an over-supplying effort with a healthy and efficient process

Lead community, retention, communications, training, and engagement activities for driver partners across Thailand

Provide leadership and strategic oversight for the Offline Presence function via the Assistant Manager

Guide execution of driver engagement initiatives including vehicle sticker adoption across the driver network

Monitor team performance, KPIs, and operational outcomes, and support process improvements for offline presence and driver benefits programs

Degree holder with at least 5 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in logistics/e-commerce fulfillment

Team management experience with at least 3 direct reports; experience leading multiple functions/verticals a plus

Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally with regional or HQ teams

Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies

Good command of both written and spoken English
