Fullfillment Strategic Planning (Inventory) - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

This role focuses on warehouse inventory optimization through data analytics at Shopee's Bangkok operations. Main duties include developing velocity-based slotting models, formulating inventory capacity forecasts, building predictive shrinkage heatmaps, and leading end-to-end warehouse optimization projects with on-site operations teams. Key KPIs cover inventory volumetric and location utilization, pick travel time, and project execution timeliness.

The position requires 1–5 years of experience in process improvement and project management within warehouses, logistics, or supply chain operations. Candidates need strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, the ability to connect data insights to on-the-ground operations, and effective communication skills in English for collaborating with international teams.

Develop velocity-based slotting models using historical order patterns, seasonal trends, and product co-picking affinities

Formulate inventory capacity forecasts and evaluate high-density storage configurations

Build predictive shrinkage heatmaps and statistical variance models to identify high-risk zones

Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse optimization projects with on-site operations

Track KPIs including inventory volumetric utilization, pick travel time, and project execution timeliness

1–5 years of experience in process improvement and project management in warehouses, logistics, supply chain operations or engineering

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for scenario building and forecasting

Strong numerical acumen connecting spreadsheet data to on-the-ground operations

Creative and critical thinker able to challenge the status quo

Effective communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in verbal and written English
