Senior Tech Lead, Fullstack (Core Retail)

The Senior Tech Lead, Fullstack (Core Retail) will drive digital transformation initiatives, creating flexible systems that scale with market demands. The role involves defining product roadmaps with leadership, leading development squads, and ensuring coding quality. The candidate will build complex system architectures and manage user story backlogs.

Drive digital transformation and create flexible, scalable systems

Define product roadmaps with Head of Engineering and Head of Product

Lead the development squad with suggestions and guidelines

Manage user story backlog sizing and recommendations

Ensure coding quality meets team standards

Participate in complex system and architecture designs

Good communication in English with different teams and stakeholders

Experience and in-depth knowledge in backend OOP languages (NodeJS, NestJS, Java Springboot, ReactJS, NextJS)

Experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with GitOps environments (ArgoCD, Kubestack)

Experience in automation code deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab)

Experience in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience in complex systems and service-oriented architecture
