Manager/Senior Manager, Fintech Solution (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager, Fintech Solution in Bangkok, Thailand, within the Finance department. The role leads finance systems and process improvement, collaborating with finance teams (Pay-in, Treasury, GL) and cross-functional partners in IT, Product, and business units. Key duties include addressing operational issues in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and GL, co-leading projects from solution design through implementation and BAU handover, and acting as a techno-functional specialist influencing business decisions.

Candidates need over 10 years in finance systems and operations within tech and e-commerce, a track record as a techno-functional finance expert, strong stakeholder management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and basic SQL proficiency. Relocation is provided for this Bangkok-based role.

• Collaborate with finance teams (Pay-in, Treasury, GL) to streamline operations, improve systems, and ensure smooth daily and month-end processes
• Address operational issues and drive continuous improvements in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and GL operations
• Co-lead projects focusing on solutioning, process design, implementation, and BAU handover
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and test adaptable finance tech solutions
• Define and analyze key metrics for finance systems (Pay-in, Pay-out, Accounting, Treasury), identifying improvement opportunities

• Over 10 years in finance systems and operations, focused on finance domains (pay-in, pay-out, GL, Treasury) in tech and e-commerce
• Track record as a techno-functional expert in finance systems
• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to influence decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic SQL proficiency
