Senior Business Analyst, Strategy and Operation [SPX] - ช้อปปี้

This role is part of the Supply and Demand Planning team, focusing on SPX's daily supply chain planning. The position involves forecasting demand using big data models and managing supply and capacity across teams. The analyst will develop insights and strategies for the SPX Operations Team to address issues in supply chain planning, optimization, human resources, and cost reduction. Additionally, the role requires managing cross-functional teams to ensure the stable growth of the SPX supply chain.

Responsible for SPX's daily supply chain planning by forecasting demand with big data models and managing supply and capacity cross-team.

Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for the SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, and cost optimization.

Manage cross-functional teams project to ensure the stable growth of SPX supply chain

4+ years working in a supply and demand planning role with hands-on experience building up projection models from the ground.

Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.

Experiences working in highly dynamic operational and analytical environments where you have program-managed large-scale insights and initiatives from 0 to 1.

Experience building data models and/or predictive models used in a business production environment.

Comfortable with complex modeling and analysis.
