Senior Software Developer (AI Automation) - ช้อปปี้

This role involves prioritizing and planning AI and automation projects, translating business objectives into technical solutions, and independently assessing feasibility. The developer will build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n and Python, write SQL queries for data extraction, and ensure solutions are reliable and documented. The position requires working directly with business users to gather requirements and acting as a bridge between technical delivery and business adoption. Key qualifications include workflow automation experience with n8n, Python scripting proficiency, SQL skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in Thai and English.

Receive and review AI/automation project requests from PM and stakeholders

Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Python scripts, and AI tools

Write SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and transform data

Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and documented

Work directly with business users to gather requirements

Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders

Workflow automation with n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent

Python scripting proficiency for data manipulation

SQL skills for relational databases

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving

Clear communication skills in Thai and English

Self-driven and independent work style

4+ years building and shipping software or data products

Web application development experience

Experience with LLM and AI tooling in production

Cloud deployment, Docker, and CI/CD experience

Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics environments

Familiarity with AI/LLM tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini

Background in engineering, computer science, or statistics
