Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Mid-Senior level)

Sertis, an ASEAN Data and AI engineering company based in Bangkok, is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at the mid-senior level. The role involves shaping testing and release strategies, owning quality on assigned projects, and acting as a quality gatekeeper. The engineer will design and execute manual and automated tests, build automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and UX/UI teams.

Candidates need 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, an understanding of end-to-end testing including performance and API validation, and the ability to build or extend automation frameworks. Contribute to strategy: Work alongside senior QA and the Lead QA to shape testing and release approaches across projects

Own quality on your projects: Design and execute test strategies, run both manual and automated testing, and act as a quality gatekeeper

Build test automation: Develop and maintain modern automation frameworks with Pytest, Playwright, and Locust, integrated into CI/CD pipelines

Explore AI-powered QA: Experiment with AI-assisted tools such as test case generation and intelligent regression detection

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, machine learning engineers, UX/UI teams, and AI stakeholders

3+ years of experience across manual and automation testing

Good understanding of end-to-end testing, from functional and regression to performance and API validation

Ability to build and extend automation frameworks and choose the right tools for the job

Comfort working with system architecture, APIs, and distributed applications

Strong communication and critical thinking; strong English (Speaking and Writing) and native Thai
