Principal Quality Engineer - ADL Workbench

The Principal Quality Engineer - ADL Workbench leads test automation development and delivery for a scalable, cloud-native agentic platform on AWS. The role designs and implements UI, API, performance, functional, integration, and security testing frameworks; embeds quality gates in CI/CD; and drives cloud-native, microservices, domain-driven, and event-driven verification. It also involves observability, technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with product, architecture, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams.

Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 8+ years of software engineering experience, and 3+ years in a lead or principal role. Requirements include hands-on AWS and test automation experience, AI-assisted development tools, modern programming languages, CI/CD, DevOps, agile methods, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are required.

Lead design and implementation of UI, API, and performance test automation frameworks for AWS-based applications.

Deliver critical projects autonomously and take ownership with minimal direction.

Enforce cloud-native, microservices, domain-driven, and event-driven verification practices.

Embed quality gates in CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.

Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal engineering role.

Hands-on experience building scalable test automation with AWS cloud services and cloud-native testing strategies.

Experience with AI-assisted tools, modern programming languages, CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
