Senior Endorser Manager, Asia - Monster Energy APAC

The Senior Endorser Manager leads the development and execution of a regional influencer and ambassador strategy across lifestyle creators, streamers, and talent in sports, gaming, and music. The role involves establishing a centralized management framework for talent vetting, contracting, performance measurement, and compliance. Additionally, the manager designs scalable playbooks and training programs to enable local teams to activate influencers consistently and effectively across markets.

Lead the development and execution of a regional influencer and ambassador strategy spanning lifestyle creators, streamers, and talent across sports, gaming, and music.

Establish and oversee a centralized influencer and ambassador management framework, including vetting, contracting, performance tracking, and compliance.

Design scalable playbooks and training programs to enable local teams to activate influencers consistently and effectively.

Monitor and analyze influencer and ambassador performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Partner with brand, legal, and local market teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and governance of influencer and ambassador programs.

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a relevant field.

More than 7 years of experience in influencer, endorsement management, or Public Relations.

Between 1-3 years of experience in managing endorsement contracts.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
