Planning & Control Tower - Ayutthaya (Contract)

This Operations role focuses on end-to-end operational processes, analyzing KPIs, and conducting root cause analysis. The position involves supporting manpower planning using models and forecasts to meet operational targets. The team monitors fulfillment rates and prepares productivity reports to improve planning accuracy. Additionally, the role supports the planning and control of warehouse resources like pallets and MHE to ensure readiness for campaigns.

Support manpower planning using manpower models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to achieve operational KPIs.

Monitor manpower fulfillment rates and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability.

Prepare and maintain productivity reports and operational data to support planning and daily operations.

Assist in monitoring arrival curves, fulfillment performance, and related operational data to improve planning accuracy.

Support planning and control of pallets, MHE, and warehouse consumables to ensure operational readiness for campaigns.

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Proficient in Excel.

Strong numerical thinking.

Background in e-commerce operations is a plus.

Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met.
