Recovery Special Project (SPX Express) - Operations - Bangkok - Shopee

This role focuses on ensuring stability and driving continuous scale-up for Recovery special projects, specifically the High Value parcel segment and Liquidation of damaged parcels. The position involves initiating initiatives to enhance logistics operations, aiming to reduce costs and ensure smooth processes. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of options and solutions, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams like Operations and Finance to align strategies with business goals, as well as preparing business reports and presentations for management.

Ensure stability and drive continuous scale-up for special projects

Initiate and develop initiatives to enhance logistics operations

Conduct in-depth analysis of potential options and solutions

Monitor performance of implemented initiatives and identify bottlenecks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies

Prepare business reports and performance analysis

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

2-5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Consulting

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Capability to communicate clearly and effectively

Strong in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and dashboard visualization

Excellent project management and fluent English communication
