Strategic Workforce Project (SPX Express) - Operations

This role sits within SPX Express Operations at Shopee in Bangkok and focuses on owning and executing projects independently to drive excellence improvements across ticket management and in-house hiring workstreams. Main duties include leading process improvement projects, designing incentive schemes, driving AI and automation initiatives, and optimizing team infrastructure and governance models.

The position requires an experienced PMO with strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify problems, root causes, and fix plans. Candidates should be effective problem solvers, capable of coordinating with managers across SPX, presenting to senior stakeholders, and managing upward. A bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and a consulting or strategy background are preferred, along with proficiency in English and interest in AI and process automation.
