People Development and Performance Senior Consultant (Culture)

The role is based in Agoda’s Bangkok office within the People Development and Performance team. It addresses complex organizational challenges and supports scalable capability development from individual employees through organizational levels. The consultant partners with senior managers and subject matter experts on program design, implementation, organizational change, talent strategy, and performance outcomes.

The position uses data to assess programs, identify workforce patterns, and produce actionable recommendations for senior leadership. It also involves organizational and role design, process and tools improvement, learning modalities, employee engagement, leadership coaching, change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

• Develop teams and capability in support of business strategies, culture, organizational structure, performance, and employee engagement
• Use data to shape strategy and measure program impact against business outputs
• Analyze workforce data, identify patterns, and present actionable talent insights to senior leadership
• Advise and coach leaders, lead organizational change, and support adoption of new ways of working
• Promote People compliance and operations to reduce regulatory violations and prevent rework

• 8+ years in strategic or management consulting, talent management, or People operations at a multinational organization
• Undergraduate degree from a top university expected; advanced degrees welcome
• Business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and dynamics
• Facilitation, coaching, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
