Business Development - Enterprise Merchants (ShopeeFood) - Shopee

This role focuses on acquiring enterprise brands, chain restaurants, and SMEs for the ShopeeFood platform. Responsibilities include developing acquisition strategies, negotiating high-value partnerships, and designing commercial proposals. The position requires analyzing performance data, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring market trends to optimize growth. Key duties involve consultative selling using metrics like ROAS and ROI, as well as managing the onboarding and execution of promotional campaigns.

Manage end-to-end acquisition of enterprise brands, chain restaurants, and well-known SME brands.

Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Identify, approach, negotiate, and close high-value merchant partnerships.

Design commercial proposals including commission structures, promotional campaigns, vouchers, ads packages, and marketing support.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

Experience in food delivery, restaurant industry, FMCG, or marketplace -platform is a strong plus.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding acquisition targets.

Strong understanding of food delivery promotion mechanics (vouchers, -ads, sponsored listings, campaign mechanics).
