The specialist partners with the Head of Learning Delivery to manage the annual OIC learning calendar and ensures optimal resource utilization. They oversee the selection and deployment of OIC-certified instructors while developing annual licensing and renewal plans. The position also involves establishing a licensing risk management framework to maintain compliance with regulations and driving corrective actions as needed.

Partner with the Head of Learning Delivery to develop, manage, and govern the annual OIC learning calendar

Collaborate in the selection, qualification, and deployment planning of OIC-certified instructors

Develop and submit the annual OIC licensing and license renewal plan

Establish and implement a licensing risk management framework
