Senior Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility

The Senior Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility leads the development and execution of the company's CSR strategy in alignment with Suntory and PepsiCo's sustainability ambitions. The role manages the annual CSR budget, identifies and implements initiatives focused on water stewardship, sustainable packaging, greenhouse gas reduction, and social contribution, and collaborates with internal teams, NGOs, government agencies, and communities. The position also drives employee engagement, leads CSR communications, and monitors program effectiveness.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of CSR or sustainability experience. Candidates need strong communication, stakeholder engagement, project management, and strategic thinking skills, plus fluency in English and Thai and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop. FMCG experience is an advantage.

Manage the annual CSR budget, including planning, allocation, expenditure monitoring, and reporting

Identify, develop, and implement CSR initiatives focused on water stewardship, sustainable packaging management, greenhouse gas reduction, and social contribution

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local, regional, and global teams, CSR partners, NGOs, government agencies, and communities

Drive employee engagement in CSR initiatives and lead CSR-related communications across internal channels, corporate website, and social media

Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR and/or sustainability with a proven track record of delivering impactful programs

Strong understanding of CSR and sustainability principles, trends, and stakeholder expectations

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels

Excellent written and spoken English and Thai, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop
