Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Pricing Marketing - Agoda

This role is part of the Performance Marketing Team, a data-driven department focused on developing at-scale marketing programs to improve customer lifetime value. The Analyst will work on search, display, and modeling tasks. Responsibilities include experimenting with text ads and bidding on search engines like Google and Bing, testing and optimizing campaigns on social media platforms, and analyzing data from experiments to develop optimization models and dashboards for account managers.

Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on search engines like Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver

Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other display platforms

Analyze data from experiments to develop models for optimization

Build dashboards for account managers

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science)

2+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company

Exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, or SQL

Proficiency in Excel

Good numerical reasoning skills

Ability to communicate fluently in English

Experience in digital marketing, Academic research experience
