Senior Consultant - Accounting & Reporting Assurance

You will lead fieldwork teams to complete accounting advisory engagements and other assurance services across diverse industries in Thailand. Your role involves conducting research through data gathering and client interviews to support engagement objectives. You will develop strong client relationships to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the firm's knowledge base and align your performance with stakeholder goals. As a leader, you will mentor diverse teams, drive high performance, and influence stakeholders to achieve sustainable business outcomes.

This position requires you to challenge yourself through complex projects while collaborating with colleagues to deliver superior results. You will apply your expertise in technical accounting standards to advise clients on financial reporting and process improvements. The role emphasizes the importance of integrity, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth within a dynamic international environment.

• Supervise fieldwork teams to ensure successful completion of accounting advisory and assurance engagements
• Conduct secondary and primary research through data gathering and client interviews
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships to drive the adoption of recommendations
• Contribute project learnings to the firm's internal knowledge base
• Align personal performance with stakeholder objectives and set clear priorities
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge and seeking growth opportunities
• Collaborate with peers to deliver results and take accountability for outcomes
• Communicate effectively to positively influence stakeholders and build professional networks
• Lead diverse, high-performing teams through meaningful development opportunities
• Apply technical accounting knowledge to recommend changes aligned with leading practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• CPA qualification and Master’s degree are preferable but not essential
• At least 4-5 years of experience in audit or accounting
• Strong capability to work effectively in dynamic international and local environments
• Excellent communication skills with strong written and oral presentation abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
• Experience with technical accounting on IFRS, TFRS, or US GAAP
• Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Understanding of finance and accounting process controls
• Familiarity with ERP system design and implementation
• Experience in ESG reporting and assurance
