Fleet Control Tower Operations Specialist

This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end logistics network for Shopee's fulfillment ecosystem. You will design and execute daily line haul plans that connect fulfillment centers, sortation hubs, and delivery stations. The position requires managing the balance between internal fleet resources and third-party vendors to ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining high service quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for premium services and time-sensitive lanes. Additionally, you will maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles in a tightening market, while developing contingency plans for network disruptions and seasonal surges.

• Design and execute daily line haul plans connecting fulfillment centers, sortation hubs, and delivery stations
• Seamlessly integrate new facilities into the existing network by adjusting routes and schedules
• Manage the balance between internal fleet and third-party vendors to prioritize cost-efficiency
• Ensure 100% compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for premium and time-sensitive lanes
• Maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles in a tightening market
• Develop contingency plans for network disruptions, seasonal surges, and vendor availability changes

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transport planning, performance analysis, or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of linehaul or transportation operations
• Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, or dashboard development
• Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support projects in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a structured and data-driven working style
• Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills
