Customer Success Staff (Export) - SCG

This role involves managing customer orders and tracking their progress through internal systems such as SAP and order tracking tools. The position requires handling customer complaints within the CRM system and ensuring that products meet customer conditions at Q-Care. You will coordinate closely with factories to ensure timely delivery of goods to the final customer.

• Receive and manage customer orders while tracking progress through company systems like SAP and order tracking tools
• Handle customer complaints within the CRM system and ensure product compliance with customer conditions
• Coordinate with factories to ensure products are delivered to customers on time

• Completed vocational education (Vocational Certificate) in Marketing, Commercial Accounting, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 2.50
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for service
• Good computer skills and basic English proficiency
