Health Insurance Claims Analyst

This role focuses on determining the validity and authorizing the settlement of individual health insurance claims. You will assess and settle claims arising from policies in force while making recommendations and guidelines to ensure proper processing. The position requires liaising with solicitors and third parties during investigations to determine the best course of action for the company. You will also be responsible for processing claim documents in a timely manner and answering inquiries related to claims processing. Additionally, you will explore opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to a healthy work environment.

• Assess and settle individual health insurance claims arising from policies in force
• Make recommendations and guidelines for individual health insurance claims
• Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation
• Process all individual health insurance claims documents in a timely manner
• Answer inquiries relating to claims processing
